Information we collect
When you request options or contact David, we collect the information you choose to give us, which can include:
- Your name, email address, phone number and state
- Your age and work status
- Your union and local number, if you share them
- The amount of coverage you're interested in and how important it is to keep coverage if you change jobs
We also record how you reached the site, such as the page you came from or the link or ad you clicked, and the page you submitted your request on. This is how we know a request came to David.

We do not sell your personal information.
We share your information only as needed to help with your request:
- Insurance companies, to get quotes and process an application you choose to submit
- Service providers that help run this website and our business, such as our website host, form and spreadsheet tools, and text-message verification service. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
- Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta, in limited form, to measure how our ads perform, if we use their measurement tools
- Government authorities, when the law requires it
Calls, texts and email
If you agree when you submit a request, David or Union Life Benefits may contact you by phone, text or email about your request, including by automated means. Your consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can also email David@unionlifebenefits.com at any time to ask us to stop contacting you.
Cookies and measurement
