Information we collect
When you request options or contact Alexis, we collect the information you choose to give us, which can include:

- Your age and work status
- Your union and local number, if you share them
- The amount of coverage you're interested in and how important it is to keep coverage if you change jobs
We also record how you reached the site, such as the page you came from or the link or ad you clicked, and the page you submitted your request on. This is how we know a request came to Alexis.

- Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta, in limited form, to measure how our ads perform, if we use their measurement tools
- Government authorities, when the law requires it

If you agree when you submit a request, Alexis or Union Life Benefits may contact you by phone, text or email about your request, including by automated means. Your consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
